Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms form the agreement between you and DATCRAZY LLP (GSTIN 22AASFD4221E1ZU), the company that operates TaskDispatch (https://taskdispatch.pro), registered at 105, MM Silver Plaza, G.E. Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh - 492001, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

TaskDispatch is a project-scoped task board for small teams. Each workspace has admins and members. Admins create projects and set project roles; members work within the projects they are added to. The service also includes an optional AI connector (MCP) that lets a team work with an AI collaborator on the same board.

3. Accounts

To use the service you need a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. An account belongs to one person — do not share credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into TaskDispatch. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — to store, display, and transmit your content so it can be shown to the people you share it with. You must have the right to upload what you upload: no infringing, unlawful, or harmful material.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything illegal. No abuse or harassment of other users. No attempts to break, probe, or bypass the service, its limits, or its security. No scraping beyond normal, personal use of the board. No spam, including bulk messages or unsolicited invitations.

6. AI and the connector

The AI connector runs under the permissions of your account: it can see and act on the tasks and projects you connect it to. You are responsible for what you ask the AI to do, including any changes it makes to your board. AI output can be wrong — review it before acting on it. When you connect an AI client, task data flows to that provider and is governed by their terms, not ours.

7. Availability

We aim for the service to be available when you need it, but while TaskDispatch is in its early phase we offer no uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. We may suspend access for planned maintenance or if we find misuse.

8. Fees

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them at least 30 days in advance, and existing accounts will keep the free plan.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. When an account is terminated, we delete your data in line with the privacy policy.

10. Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which is currently zero, because the service is free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We will update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
